When you win, we win!
Analysis, Solutions, Results.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but foresight is better for protecting lives, preventing injury, and managing costs. Our fleet risk survey is the ideal tool to benchmark your fleet risk management programme against industry best practice.
As your trusted fleet risk management partner, we will introduce you to our unique Infinity Risk Management & Communication Model. This approach helps businesses to rationalise current activities, identify successes, plan for improvement, and ultimately align and communicate strategic objectives to key stakeholders, including insurers.
Often, we find that businesses struggle to articulate their efforts in fleet safety performance, therefore it is difficult to truly evaluate risk maturity and exposure. This is where we come in, taking the time to listen, working together with stakeholders within your organisation, and if need be, your external supply chain, to provide fresh insights sharing our experience, and working in partnership utilising the structured framework that our model provides.
Conducting the survey is simple, we facilitate a specially designed and engaging forum to produce quality actionable insights, best practice advice and reassurance in areas where your business is doing great.
Whether your business is struggling with rising fleet costs, improvement has plateaued despite significant investment, or if you simply need a fresh perspective to identify the subtle tweaks that can really make a big difference, our consultants provide valuable expertise and will create a comprehensive and easy to digest survey report.
Data Driven Business Decisions
Business data can often be overwhelming, full of inaccuracies and contain significant gaps in crucial areas, and poor data in, means poor insights out.
Just like our fleet risk survey, our data analytics services take partners on a journey of continuous improvement. We will provide our list of strategic data sources, i.e. Data Essentials and Data Plus. Our expert guidance will help to cleanse and aggregate the most relevant information, to extract risk insights and help contribute to the business case for risk management. Quality data insights provide a clear direction for every fleet risk management plan.
Data Essentials
The first step in the process is the data health check, helping partners to understand the strengths and weaknesses of their Data Essentials sources. Implementing this strong foundation is often a huge leap forward, as these valuable insights will be translated and presented in impactful and meaningful visualisations.
Data Plus Insights
This stage doesn’t necessarily come at any extra cost. If your data is in good condition and you can provide our Data Plus sources, we will work with you to create our advanced Data Plus Insights, adding extra depth to your business metrics to further improve performance.
Infinite Insights
As the volume and quality of big data increases, we can transform your business metrics using our deep dive visualisation tool called Infinite Insights. Easy to use dashboards can be utilised on computers, tablets or phones and we will further overlay data with external sources to enhance benchmarking performance and strategy. At the click of a button, live and interactive risk insights complete with the geographical mapping dashboard, will be at your fingertips. When planning next steps, artificial intelligence can run algorithms to assist with your future risk forecast.
We help partners to develop their knowledge of the fleet risk management supply chain and the available solutions, from telematics to training. Having the privilege of working across a wide variety of industries that utilise a vast range of interventions, we recognise what great looks like, and put this expertise to good use to help partners to identify the most relevant, impactful, and cost-effective solutions.
This can also mean working with your existing supply chain, applying our expertise, and helping you to assess how to get better value. Often this results in a partnership, working together with your supplier to help them to better cater for your needs.
Whilst two solutions can look the same, there are more meaningful questions to ask so that we can better identify quality, best value, and effectiveness. Our experts help our partners by exploring these vital questions that break through the marketing collateral and sales materials.
Alternatively, partners can enjoy the success of our hard work and years of experience with an introduction to one of our trusted associates.
Our own training and solutions division is ready to help you join Road-Zero,

The main purpose of our approach is to explore real opinions, to get to the things that matter, and we do this to motivate positive action and promote behavioural change. If you would like a free demonstration, we would love to hear from you, but please check out our most popular solution below.
Fleet Safety Accountability
This session is designed to open and focus the minds of those leading your business, from supervisors all the way up to the board of directors. There are huge benefits of educating everyone and delivering a consistent message as it shapes a positive safety culture and significantly raises the profile of occupational road risk.
We have learned that getting managers to understand and recognise their own personal risk exposure is a necessary step in influencing long term cultural change. We find that many managers don’t address occupational road risk with their employees effectively because they don’t see the danger to themselves! This is despite driving for work being the most dangerous activity that most businesses will ask an employee to do.
Organisations and their employees typically accept a wide range of health and safety assessments and training, in anything from workstation assessments to heavy lifting, yet many still feel that allowing employees to drive vehicles, i.e., heavy masses of metal, glass and plastic in the middle of the public, under the pressures of work, is something that needs little attention. They therefore don’t realise the impact they can have, both positive and negative, on the overall safety culture, and don’t recognise their contribution to the mounting consequences.
Our approach is simple, we encourage managers to lead by example, not just because they must, but because it makes good business sense, in addition to the corporate social responsibility and legal reasons to do so!
Please contact us for further information about additional webinars such as, "Life on the Road," which is full of behavioural change, top tips and best practice advice that is new to most drivers.
